Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is for people from all walks of life, with or without previous yogic experience. It is always unique for each student, honouring your unique physical and mental capacity in the moment you are practising the yoga. We are all unique, and change even daily and hourly; kundalini yoga with Sabine honours this deely, so that you are encouraged to tune into your body awareness and its messages, by using your breath (which is taught in each class)and gentle mindfulness (which is taught in each class) to deeply enjoy the process. There is only encouragement, no pushing or forcing. Class sessions are mostly with eyes closed, to become meditative and deeply self-aware. Classes include breath work, stretches, yogic postures, inner awareness guidance, visualisation, meditation and deep relaxation. Unique kriyas are offered, according to the personal needs. Kundalini yoga is designed to connect you to your ENTIRE being: body, mind and soul. This is what makes it very unique and powerfully rewarding on all levels.
