Gentle Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga has its roots in ancient India, with its earliest written records stretching back about 5,000 years. It is much more than physical "exercise" but rather a deeply healing spiritual practice. Hatha yoga consists of postures, breathing practices and meditative practices. These practices bring profound peace of mind, body and spirit and have the strongest evidence of benefit in the cancer support research literature. Hatha Yoga has been shown to assist with anxiety, pain, nausea, immunity, sleep and a variety of other parameters. You DO NOT need to be flexible of body to gain vast benefit from yoga!
